Upon request, all account credentials, synced notes, tasks, and step history stored on Firebase/Firestore servers will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

The Service Provider utilizes Firebase (Google Cloud), meaning personal data may be transferred to and stored in countries outside your country of residence. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, the Service Provider relies on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and Google’s legally recognized data protection mechanisms.
You can stop further collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it. Uninstalling local data will stop future collection, but it does not automatically delete your cloud-synchronized backup. Please use the in-app account deletion feature or contact ashutoshsharma6873@gmail.com to purge your cloud backup database.
The Service Provider retains personal data based on its necessity for the stated purposes:
The Application is not intended for children under 16 years of age. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 16. If the Service Provider discovers that a child has provided personal information, it will be immediately deleted from the servers.
The Service Provider does not sell, rent, lease, or trade user-generated 'Day Record' content, journal entries, notes, or tasks to any third parties. All personal data is processed strictly to provide the core functionalities of the Application.
The Service Provider provides commercial-grade electronic and procedural safeguards via Firebase infrastructure to protect your personal data from unauthorized access or disclosure.
If a data breach occurs that affects your personal data, the Service Provider will notify you via your registered email address in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be updated here with a revised effective date.
